1. Shipping Coverage

  • Service Area: We ship orders across India only.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not process or deliver orders outside of India.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order placement and verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next operational business day.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has been dispatched from our Jaipur warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS update containing your tracking number and courier link.

  • You can track the real-time status of your parcel directly via the courier partner's portal using the provided link.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Availability: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible pin codes in India.

  • Verification: For high-value or first-time COD orders, our customer support team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify order details before dispatch.

  • Payment at Delivery: Please keep exact cash ready upon delivery. Our delivery partners accept cash, and many courier representatives also support UPI/QR code payment at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Protocol & Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Package Handling: Food products such as Ghee, Cold-Pressed Oils, and Spices are fragile and packaged securely in protective material to avoid leakage or breakage.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Upon delivery, customers are strictly required to record an unedited unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is necessary to support any claims regarding missing items, leakage, or physical damage caused during transit.

7. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • Courier Delays: While we strive to deliver within 5–6 business days, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, transport disruptions, regional festivals, or remote pin-code limitations.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and contact phone number are fully correct. Organo Gold is not responsible for non-delivery caused by inaccurate address details provided at checkout.
