  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, packaging, and descriptions of our products accurately. However, because our products are 100% natural and organic, natural variations in color, aroma, and texture may occur between batches.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

  • Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with incorrect billing or delivery details.

4. Payments, Shipping & Delivery

  • Payment Gateways: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are processed securely.

  • Shipping Policy: We ship orders across India only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–6 days. We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • COD Terms: For Cash on Delivery orders, you agree to pay the exact order total in cash upon delivery to our courier partner.

5. Return, Unboxing & Inspection Guidelines

  • Sealed Items: Due to health and hygiene standards, only unopened and factory-sealed products are eligible for return within 1 to 3 days of delivery.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: An unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and shipping label is strictly required to process any claims for damage, leakage, or missing products.
